Porché is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Troy University, Porché jumped headfirst into the field of mental health working in child and adolescent’s day treatment. Deciding that there was more work to be done, Porché continued her education at the University of South Alabama earning a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. During her time at South, she had the honor and privilege to serve as an intern for the psychology department in the juvenile detention center where she was able to work with clients facing a wide range of challenges including depression, trauma, grief, anxiety and life transitions. Porche’ Currently serves as a community-based therapist for intensive in-home services.
